The simple e-Glideconsole is easy touse and easy toread. Simply set the workout time and get started.The tension is manually adjusted byturning the micro-adjustment knob below the console. This moves the rare-earth magnets towards the flywheel toincrease resistance.The combination of these magnets and perfectly balanced flywheel (with most of its weight concentrated in the outer perimeter) help createthe smoothest elliptical feel.
